Nicole (pictured here wearing two lovely dresses) and Joel went shopping yesterday afternoon. They started off at DCMA, the store Joel co-owns with his brother Benji, and headed off to Diane von Furstenberg where Nicole did some clothes shopping. Nicole looks beautiful!

Nicole and Joel have issued their support to presidential candidate Barack Obama.
The couple, along with newborn daughter Harlow, attended the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Palm Springs this past weekend, where Madden sported an Obama T-shirt.
Asked if they’re backing the Democrat, Joel said, “Yes, we are.”
“He is a good man, he is cool,” Madden added. “He is just a great person overall.”

Nicole was seen on Saturday afternoon having a great time at a private party in the Palm Desert, where the Coachella festival is currently taking place. Nicole and Joel were joined by friends on the balcony of a rented house for some food, drinks and music. Nicole looked super cute in denim shorts and a white top. Little Harlow was being looked after, at the house Joel rented for them just a few minutes away, while mom and dad got to have a little fun with their friends.
Joel took Nicole and Harlow to the California desert this weekend for a surprise family holiday.
The Richie-Madden clan headed to the Palm Springs area for the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, a three-day event headlined by performers including Prince, Jack Johnson and Roger Waters.
“[Nicole] hasn’t been able to do a whole lot over the year, so we’re having a little family trip,” Madden told People at the BPM Hpnotiq Smurf House, where he DJ’d a festival pre-party Saturday afternoon.

Richie – looking fit and fab in a short black dress – and the Good Charlotte frontman headed to a star-studded dinner in honor of designer Charlotte Ronson at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s Dakota Restaurant.
And the proud papa couldn’t help boasting about his three-month-old bundle of joy. “It’s been so crazy,” he told the VIP table, where fellow guests included Lindsay Lohan and her constant companion, DJ Samantha Ronson. “Man, but it’s great.”

After driving school, Nicole and Joel picked up some Baja Fresh for lunch, before heading off to Van Nuys to meet up with Joel’s brother Benji.
