Nicole and little Harlow met up with daddy Joel at a downtown apartment building yesterday, where they spent some quality time together. Nicole arrived at the Granville Towers in Hollywood along some refreshments from the Coffee Bean.

Nicole’s upcoming appearance on sitcom Chuck will feature her in a steamy shower smackdown with Australian actress Yvonne Strahovski.

Richie will play the bully who tormented Strahovski’s character in high school; the pair meet again at a reunion.

Nicole has reportedly “banned” Joel from getting more tattoos.

Nicole, 26 , who has a six-month-old daughter Harlow with Joel, reportedly lost her temper when Joel told her he wanted an etching of their daughter on his tooth.

A source said: “Joel promised Nicole that he wouldn’t get any more tattoos. Then a friend suggested a tooth tattoo, which is a photo imprinted on a tooth. When Joel told Nicole he wanted to get their daughter Harlow’s face tattooed on one of his front teeth, she shrieked, ‘Absolutely not!’ ”

Nicole showed she can pull off the hippie look, as she stepped out to visit a friend in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. Nicole had her bodyguard with her.

Nicole was seen going to a yoga class in Woodland Hills yesterday afternoon. Those are some super short shorts, but she can pull off anything!

Nicole Richie has been ordered to switch her daughter, Harlow, to bottle feeding – because she is losing too much weight.

Doctors are said to be concerned that she’s become too skinny since giving birth to Harlow Winter, 6 months, reports the Daily Star.

Nicole goes to traffic school every Wednesday, as ordered by the court, and yesterday was no exception. Nicole still has many months to go of this.

Nicole and baby Harlow (not pictured) were seen arriving at a Los Angeles Studio yesterday afternoon. One hour after the ladies arrived, daddy Joel showed up and went inside to meet his girls.

“I had a stunt double,” says Nicole. “But they said I was allowed to do as much as I wanted–except for serious things.”

Nicole recently filmed a guest spot on NBC’s spy dramedy Chuck and has earned rave reviews form her co-stars for her balls-out performance.

“I wasn’t shooting with her because she was doing all the action stuff, but everyone said she did a great job. She’s really committed to it,” Ryan McPartlin tells OK! at the ESPY Awards.
