Nicole & Joel buy a condo in New York
Nicole and Joel have reportedly bought a new home in New York City. Joel and Nicole shelled out $999,999 for a two-bedroom, two-bath downtown condo as their primary residence.
The new pad is evidently 1,000 square-foot and on the 11th-floor pad. The realtor says the new Richie-Maddon pad “is very simple, nothing high-design.”
Nicole is coming to New York for a stint in Chicago on Broadway and rumor has it that none other than BFF Paris Hilton might be joining her on stage.
