Reports say that Nicole Richie proposed to her long term boyfriend: Joel Madden a few nights ago over a family meal. Apparently, the death of her previous fiancee has helped her realised not to take her relationship for granted, and to make her, and Joel’s love official.
A friend of Nicole’s told Star magazine: “She asked Joel to marry her, over dinner at home. He was delighted and agreed straight away.”
