Nicole Richie will be giving the fashion designers advice on how to improve their garments and giving her overall opinions. As you know, Nicole takes fashion very seriously and is currently designing a new collection named ‘Winter Kate’. Following a statement Nicole made last week, in Vegas: “With every year I always try and learn something new and grow gracefully, and that’s just kind of my rule for every year.”
Today Nicole’s eldest child, Harlow, turns two! After moving house and becoming a big sister, we’re sure this year has a lot to hold for Joel and Nicole’s little cutie.

Nicole Richie was seen around Hollywood during the week, supporting a pair of thick, white Chanel sunglasses. Nicole was seen grabbing a quick burger as she made her way through the town.
We’re excited to get see Nicole’s new show on ABC this year. The series will portray Nicole has the hard working mother that she is, juggling all aspects of her life.
Nicole Richie has just revealed information about an upcoming television project which she has been working closely with:
“I am so excited to announce that I am officially working on a television project! I am creating a half hour scripted comedy for ABC in which I will be starring in, as well as producing.
The story revolves around a young, modern and professional woman who must balance her business and family relationships. She must deal with, and navigate the many ideas of what a woman’s role is: modern vs. traditional.
Lately, I have been surrounded by many different women of all ages and walks of life. It amazes me to watch and observe how many different ideas there are about what a woman’s role should be in this era. I’ve taken these fascinating ideas, and compiled them into something that I think will be very special (and funny!). We’re still in the very early stages and I can’t wait to share more with you soon!”
Nicole Richie recently let her fans know that she is, slowly but surly, recovering from the strike of pneumonia which has kept her in hospital, and resting at home for the last month! It must have been hell for Nicole to have been kept in during pregnancy, but with the seriousness of this illness, tied in with the work loads Nicole has to deal with AND her two young children, we really feel for her! It can’t help that Joel has been away with brother, Benji Madden in Australia during the beginning of the pneumonia.
Recently, Nicole blogged: “Right now it’s important for me to stay in bed and recover. Reading all of your messages on Twitter and my website has really brightened my spirits and I am so grateful for the support. I look forward to seeing you all very soon and wish you a happy Thanksgiving.”

According to recent reports, Nicole Richie admitted herself to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday 18th (just yesterday!) Nicole’s publicist acted as spokeswoman and announced that Nicole is being treated for pneumonia and is currently doing well.
We wish Nicole the absolute best of luck and hope the illness doesn’t get worse - Get well soon, Nicole!
The ‘Richie Family’ are set to move into a new luxurious, hidden villa upon the upland of Los Angeles. The multi-million dollar residence will be surrounded by a beautiful garden, integrated by a magnificent pool to border the house. The residence will be made from wood, and maintain the theme of a Swiss ‘chalet’ which runs throughout the house, donning a very à la française, chic, sophisticated touch to both the interiour and extrerier. We’re sure that the two children, Harlow and Sparrow will simply adore the new snug nest, and will fit right in!

After seeking advice from fellow ‘twitterers’, Joel Madden has recently decided to commit to his given advice, and to hesitate every urge of shaving he gets up until next year.

For the first time, Nicole Richie posed with her youngest son, Sparrow, born on the 9th September. Second time mother, Nicole Richie (her oldest child: Harlow, one and a half years old) confides in ‘Public’. The young lady had a very natural birth, and reports that her daughter, Harlow, is accepting the new addition to the family with open arms, revealing: “Harlow isn’t at all jealous. She is always kissing and playing with him (Sparrow).”
Nicole is very busy with her children, her work and with her other half, Joel. Nicole declares: “I am just so busy with Sparrow right now. Joel, well, he is just very caught up and fond of our oldest daughter. And you want to know if he gets up to help me in the middle of the night? Umm, of course!”
