It has been reported that Nicole Richie has recently won a court case against the Paparazzi. What this now means, is that celebrity photographers will now be keeping their distance from Nicole and her family. The judge, on Friday, granted this request prior to the recent car incident, involving Richie and photographer: Eduardo Arrivabene.

Nicole reports that celeb photographers, Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, and other persistent members chase Nicole and her family and scream at Nicole “in an attempt to get a reaction”. Leaving Nicole with a sense of worry and feeling scared of her own protection.

It’s no secret to the world of Nicole Richie fans that Nicole’s next clothing line is going to be named ‘Winter Kate’, but recently, Richie revealed that her pret-a-porter line will be ready next fall! So, around this time next year we can be expecting to be able to purchase garments and shoes from the line.

Just today, ‘My-Wardrobe’ announced that come January, they shall become the exclusive British retailer of Nicole Richie’s shoe line. So, good news for people in the UK! Thankfully, we got our hands on some leaked images of some hot new surprises of Nicole’s line!

In the latest issue of People Magazine, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden proudly introduce their new son Sparrow James Midnight Madden to the world.

Sparrow is the brother of 21-month old Harlow, who by the sounds of things, adores her baby bro!

“I couldn’t be happier,” Richie tells People. “The only thing you want is for your kids to be healthy and happy, and they are. I’m right where I belong.”

In an interview at their home in Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles, Richie, 28, and Madden, 30, say they are deprived of sleep, but grateful their daughter Harlow is now fawning over a baby brother.

“I’m glad I had a girl before I had a boy,” says Richie. “She just loves him so much.” Adds the children’s proud papa, “She’s very gentle with him.”

According to reports, and numerous rumours, apparently Nicole Richie and Joel Madden tied the knot over the week, at an ‘intimate’ ceremony which took place on Wednesday afternoon, when the two obtained a marriage licence last week.

A source close to the couple announced: 

“Nicole has never been in a rush to get married to Joel. She’s so happy with him and their little family that she didn’t feel the need to change the way things were between them.”

“But when Adam died, she freaked out. She realised life is fragile and short. She doesn’t want to have any regrets at all, and she does want to be Joel’s wife.”

So last night, Nicole decided to take influence from Joel, and answer some unanswered questions, when we tweeted:

11/10/09: It’s the first time since Nicole was taken into hospital, due to the recent (and unfortunate) car accident, that she has been photographed in public. Nicole seems to have made a quick and successful recovery since the accident, and her rendez-vous with baby Harlow proves her bond with Harlow is remaining as strong as ever, following these past eventful couple of months.

We cannot WAIT to see new baby Winter with Nicole. We don’t blame her for not wanting Winter to be entered into the crazy surroundings of the paparazzi though! AND, from looking at these pics, it doesn’t seem like Nicole was overly happy with the paps!

Reports say that Nicole Richie proposed to her long term boyfriend: Joel Madden a few nights ago over a family meal. Apparently, the death of her previous fiancee has helped her realised not to take her relationship for granted, and to make her, and Joel’s love official.

A friend of Nicole’s told Star magazine: “She asked Joel to marry her, over dinner at home. He was delighted and agreed straight away.”

Yesterday afternoon around 2PM on Wilshire Blvd, Nicole Richie was involved in a car accident, when a photographer reportedly drove into the back of Nicole’s range rover.

After refusing to be taken to the emergency room, Nicole was driven to her own doctor by an unnamed male driver. Nicole reported to have been hurt by the accident, so we hope she’s OK! When police investigated, they found that the photographer had been driving without a licence, and therefore was shortly arrested on the scene. The photographer was driving a Mercedes.

Benji Madden, brother of Joel, rushed to the scene in order to help Nicole out. (Where was Joel?!) Richie later checked into Cedars Sinai Medical Center to get checkout out.

A Beverly Hills police officer, Mike Hill reported that the photographer was named Edwardo Arrivebene, 29 years old and has been booked into Beverly Hills Police Department.

Poor Nicole! We hope she’s OK, and will keep you updated with the latest on this.

On Saturday 3rd October, Nicole Richie and the adorable baby Harlow were spotted taking a quietly(yet clearly interrupted) stroll in a Beverly Hills park. Judging by these pics, Nicole looks a little exhausted, and we are not surprised! These past couple of months must have been so busy for Nicole.

So, whilst Joel was ‘DJing’ in Los Vegas, it looks like Nicole and Harlow spent some mother-daughter time whilst visiting their local ducks. HOW adorable does Harlow look? Cute!
