Well, it looks like Nicole has reverted to her usual Japanese Food-Loving ways! Nicole Richie tweeted this just yesterday:

Nicole is back on Twitter! It had been almost 2 weeks since her last tweet and yes, her hilariously random tweets were missed. She was of course busy preparing for the birth of her baby boy Sparrow James Midnight Madden.

Joel also tweeted about the birth of his son: “Guess who’s back….. Oh i’m sorry we were only having a little baby boy.” And it seems Sparrow is already the talk of the town on Twitter, two hours later Joel tweeted again saying: “1st day of his life & my son is already a trending topic on twitter. That’s right son, ur just like your old man. wait, I’ve never been a #TT.” Cute!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are now the proud parents of a baby boy. Nicole gave birth early this morning and the happy couple just posted the following message on Nicole’s official site:

Excited to Announce…

“In the middle of night, the very early hours of September 9, 2009, Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. He weighs 7 lbs. 14 oz. Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes.”

Big congratulations to Nicole and Joel, and baby Harlow who is now a big sister Also congrats to Grandad Lionel, who recently spoke out about his wishes for a grandson.

We are so happy for Nicole and Joel and can’t wait to see their baby boy <3

Sources have just confirmed that the pregnant Nicole Richie shall give birth to her second child today. The birthday will be: 09/09/09!  How unique..

According to reports, Nicole Richie has entered a Los Angeles medical hospital to prepare for the birth of her second child. The baby is due any day now, so we’re expecting to hear reports VERY soon about the birth of the child.

Joel has recently announced that they have found this pregnancy a lot more easier, in comparison to their first, with baby Harlow.

He says, “It’s a lot easier. You’ve already been through it and it’s not as intense and dramatic. We’re a little more relaxed. It’s actually kind of nice.

“We don’t know what the sex is. We waited on the first one and it was such an awesome experience that we can’t wait to see what the next one is. It’s exciting to wait it out.”

There are rumors going around this morning that Nicole has been hospitalized. According to the reports, it is believed that Nicole was checked into a Los Angeles hospital the day after she attended Adam Goldstein’s memorial. Nicole’s due date is believed to be early September.

Nothing has been confirmed yet but let’s hope Nicole is okay wherever she is!

It’s been very quiet lately regarding Nicole news and pictures, and of course what news there has been, has been very sad – So that’s why I think it’s time to post something that is guaranteed to make us smile.

Last Sunday Joel took his and Nicole’s ever adorable daughter Harlow out for some father daughter time at a Los Angeles area farmer’s market. She is so cute, she could not be any more adorable! Harlow’s getting so big and is looking more and more like Nicole all the time. View more pictures after the jump!

Nicole Richie’s ex fiancée Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein was laid to rest yesterday at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in West Los Angeles, California.

Nicole attended the private and intimate funeral ceremony, but chose not to go outside for the burial. It was also reported that Joel and Benji Madden attended.

Nicole has been very quiet since Goldstein’s death, but sources close to her say she is beyond grief-stricken. A source told Star magazine that Nicole “almost collapsed in grief,” and that she “said she felt like her heart stopped for a few minutes.”

Another source close to Richie added, “Adam was the one who got her to straighten up. She never thought he’d come to this. She’s horrified and regrets that she didn’t reach out and help him.”

A memorial will be held this evening (Thursday) at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.

This is all very sad and tragic, I still can’t believe it. My heart goes out to Nicole and all of Adam’s loved ones.

Here, Ellen Pompeo can be seen making her way to Nicole Richie’s house before making her way to her own baby shower, thrown by Katherine Heigl. Ellen was also accompanied by hubbie, Chris Ivry. It seems the two spent some girl time chatting about their pregnancy – Something the pair both have in common. It’s good to see friends of Nicole’s visiting and to show that she has support, regarding DJ AM’s unfortunate death at this crutial time. And, of course… she will alwas have the magnifcent Joel. The pair seem so happy together right now, and we cannot WAIT for their second child to join them.

Nicole Richie’s mother was soon to defend her heavily pregnant daughter when rumours were flying that Nicole was in labour. However, Brenda Richie was able to tweet about this, following a comment about the unfortunate death of Adam Goldstein:

It seems that DJ AM will be truly missed by Nicole’s family, and clearly played a huge part in their lives. The world will always have a place in it’s heart for him.

Nicole was seen a few days ago buying some essentials from the Laurel Canyon Country Store – How HUGE Nicole looks here? We are currently betting on dates for the child birth, and all of which are included within the week! Yippeee!
